General conditions of sale
Cancellation Policy:
Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly from La Bastide, either by email or by post.
From February 1st to July 3rd and from August 24th to November 30th
- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be charged (excluding tourist tax)
From July 4th to August 23rd
- If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the planned stay will be charged (excluding tourist tax)
- In the event of a no-show or if the guest leaves the guesthouse on the same day as arrival, "La Bastide" reserves the right to charge, claim, or debit the full amount of the stay. Similarly, if the guest shortens their stay by one or more nights, the full amount is due.
Security Deposit: A valid credit card number is required for reservations. No deposit will be debited from your account, and the full amount will be due during your stay.
Pets: No pets are allowed in hotel rooms. Anyone with a reservation who arrives at the establishment may be refused entry.
Breakfast Hours: Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Taxes and Fees: All taxes included. A tourist tax is in effect, the amount of which is set by the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis. It is €1.30 per person.
No booking fee.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Please note that there is no one at the establishment to welcome you between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. A confirmation email is sent upon booking and provides you with the hotel's keypad number and your room details so you can check in.
Rates:The prices shown are in euros, VAT included, per room, per night, for two people, excluding breakfast, and for the selected date.
Tourist tax (per person, per day) must be added to the rates shown.
Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for subsequent reservations. Non-binding conditions, rates, and offers are subject to change without notice.
Length of stay:The guest may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, EUROCARD. The cardholder expressly authorizes SAS HDP La Bastide to debit the deposit and/or balance agreed upon in these terms and conditions of sale.

Reservation Changes
Any reservation change must be requested directly from La Bastide, either by mail or email.

This change request will only be effective once La Bastide has confirmed its acceptance by email or mail. Subject to availability and at La Bastide's discretion, the length of stay may be extended, with no obligation to remain in the same room or at the same price. If the stay is shortened by one or more nights, no refund is possible.
Personal Belongings
La Bastide declines all responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings. If items are left in the room at the end of the stay, they may be returned to the person concerned, upon their request and at their expense.

After contacting the management of SAS HDP. and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator free of charge, the terms and conditions of which are set out below.
